Job Summary:
An experienced consulting professional with ERP Cloud/Hybrid Architect competence who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within ERP family. A very good understanding of local legislation and practical experience how a ERP system should respond to mandatory Romanian legislation requirements is mandatory.
Oracle Consulting initiative on migrating existing customer to Oracle Cloud ERP is requiring a very deep understanding on ERP applications landscape in Romanian market, since the candidate should be able to identify which are the standard components of ERP solution to be seamless migrated to Oracle Cloud ERP and which are the mandatory Romanian legal requirements and how Oracle Cloud ERP should be configured and extended in order to respond to mandatory regulations.

Oracle Consulting Romania, as a part of Oracle Consulting East &Central Europe (ECE) is on track to become the most advanced professional team in advising customers and implementing projects for Oracle Cloud products, both SaaS and PaaS.
This strategic objective need dedicated and very skilled consultants, with both products knowledge and customers business deep understanding, capable to leverage the advantages of Cloud products and to be able to identify the best approach among traditional on-premise implementation and Cloud solutions.
In order for Oracle Consulting to respond to specific local ERP mandatory requirements and quickly be productive in the strategic ERP Cloud migration program addressed by Oracle to all its ERP customers, all ERP consultants are knowledgeable in local legislation, including specific reporting for authorities.
Oracle ERP Consultants should be able to explain the advantages of a modern Cloud ERP and compare with exiting traditional ERP's, also to explain a Cloud Architecture and hybrid Architecture for customers who want to take their journey to Cloud in steps.
You will be based in Bucharest, with the possibility to travel up to 20% of your time, mainly to Romania or in East &Central Europe (ECE).
We would like you to have/be:
• 5-7 years of experience in ERP department(s), preferable, of an international company, where you were involved into business process definitions, transformations and/or implementation of ERP Software
• AND/OR 2-3 years of experience with business consulting companies, focusing on ERP transformation ideally enabled by SaaS products.
• Understanding ERP terminology and modern best practice in Enterprise Resource Planning processes.
• Interest in modern ERP tools and their usage in financials and/or accountant departments.
• Strong awareness of some of the following applications. Oracle product and solution knowledge is essential:
o Oracle Cloud Financials
o Oracle Cloud Supply Chain
o E-Business Suite Financials or Supply Chain
o Other similar ERP application is a plus
• Detailed functional knowledge of all the major business processes and associated functionality in the finance and supply chain domain
• A creative and agile problem-solver
• Excellent facilitation skills, including experience planning and participating in blueprint and design sessions. Have been through at least 3 complete implementation cycles
• Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members

• Prepare proposals, manage bid processes and support sales representatives – in Romania and other ECE countries.
• Deliver customer workshops, trainings, go-live and post go-live support – remotely, on-site in Romania.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead in the early and accurate definition of an application-based solution, addressing the client's business and system requirements.

Description of responsibilities:
• Advising Customers through their ERP Cloud journey
• Presenting application solutions to the relevant clients
• Architecting, configuring, testing and documenting solutions footprint and application architecture in accordance with the client's requirements

• Reviewing invitations to tender and advising in the context of the practice area

As Oracle Applications business is focusing on Cloud solutions, Oracle Consultants need to become the customer most trusted advisors, with a strong experience and focusing more on customer needs and business processes and less on technical aspects.
• Therefore, candidate will have to prove experience as Consultant in previous engagements, preferably in a consulting company.
• The candidate will need to prove a very strong competence and experience in Cloud ERP Solutions. Oracle e-Business Suite Modules version R12 knowledge is a plus.
• BI experience is an important plus.
• Existing certifications for ERP cloud modules or Oracle e-Business Suite R12 modules is an important plus.
• Team Leader/Project Management skill and certification is considered a plus for the candidate.
• Complex ERP projects experience delivery or ERP project team leading, planning and previous involvement in SaaS projects are mandatory requirements for the candidates.
• Experience with other Oracle products is an important plus.
