Job description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Certification Program covering Product , Methodology and Consulting skills training and assessment . Our high

performing Senior consultants would have an opportunity to go through our Leadership program which prepares them to

take on Senior Management positions within the group.

Mandatory Skills:

· Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i HRMS

· Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.

· Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HRMS and Payroll solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

· Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules

o CORE HR

o Oracle Payroll

o Oracle Self Service

· Apart from the above should have implemented at least two modules from the following

o Oracle iRecruitment

o Oracle Learning Management

o Oracle Performance Management

· Good to have the knowledge on below modules

o Oracle Time and Labor

o Oracle Compensation and Benefits

· Should be able to write Fast formulas

· Should have good communication and presentation skills

· Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation

BE or Post Graduation in HR domain.

· Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i HRMS
