Job description
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum of 7-9 years "hands-on" work experience using the Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) marketing automation platform (including creation of campaigns, segments and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features)
· Strong hold over overall Eloqua Architecture, Should have worked on full life cycle Eloqua Implementations
· Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, using program builder, campaign canvas, Emails, Landing Page, Forms and lead scoring model.
· Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
· Experience in Configuration Integration and Administration of Eloqua
· Set up ad hoc, transactional, and nurture emails campaigns in marketing automation platform, including but not limited to loading HTML, testing content, setting up tracking URLs
· Setup user based roles and responsibilities, header, footer, signature, email subscribe, unsubscribe and bounce back.
· Collaborate with stakeholders from Demand, Field, Channel and other Marketing teams to achieve marketing sourced and influenced pipeline goals by optimizing campaign performance including open rate, click-to-open rate, and form conversions
· Good to have knowledge on building independent APPs
· Experience with other CRM systems e.g. Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Siebel would be added advantage
· Proficiency with designing solutions based on client needs
· Exceptional client services and support skills
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
· Ability to work independently
· Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
