Job description

Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.

Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 2 years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

About the Opportunity

Are you ready for the next step in your ad operations career? Play a critical role on the engineering and operations team of our rapidly expanding ad technology startup as an Ad Operations Coordinator. We're looking for technical team members with excellent client relations skills, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and knowledge of ad trafficking systems.

·  Work with Ad Operations Specialists to onboard and support Moat's largest accounts.
·  Provision and QA video and display tags for all clients.
·  Troubleshoot test pages.
·  Participate in client discussions by email, over the phone, and/or in person.
·  Review analytics numbers for discrepancies.
·  Collaborate with Moat's engineering, integrations, and sales teams to create positive client experiences.
·  Become an expert on Moat's strengths and capabilities and spot opportunities to educate partners about our analytics platform.
·  Initialize and develop process improvements both internally and externally.

About You
·  1+ years of professional experience
·  Experience with ad servers such as DFP, DCM, Sizmek, AppNexus, or other ad trafficking systems is preferred
·  Experience using Chrome Developer tools (or other similar debugging tools)
·  Outstanding attention to detail.
·  Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
·  Strong analytical skills.
·  Eager to learn and expand on technical knowledge of Ad Tech ecosystem.
·  Highly proficient in Excel.
