Job description

Intermediate implementation professional who analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.

Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Oracle HGBU products are industry leaders in Hospitality segment – F&B and Hotels developing solutions that encompass front office, back office, CRM, sales and catering, revenue management, reservations, distribution, point-of-sale, and a multitude of other hospitality industry functions.

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join us in Oracle Hospitality who will implement our Hospitality Solutions and manage the training with our Hotel customers.

Responsibilities:

·  understanding the Customer's business environment,
·  analyzing of Customer needs
·  configuring required solution
·  installing our Food & Beverage POS Systems onsite
·  working on solving current problems
·  advising at operating standards
·  providing training for end users
·  building professional relationship with internal and external contacts
·  A working knowledge of Hotel or Restaurant Business
·  Strong presentation and Customer-facing skills
·  Very good Communication skills
·  Very good English knowledge
·  Basic IT knowledge (Windows installation, printers configuration)
·  Resistance to stress and changing working conditions
·  Traveling 50-75% of the Time
