Job description

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

Qualifications :

This position involves managing and consulting with the global, regional and local Human Resources department in all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of; and adherence to the HR organization's policies and procedures covering privacy, information security and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities:

·  Work closely with HR organization to answer questions related to privacy, information security and business continuity
·  Participate in global HR teams for business continuity and information security management
·  Coordinate regional business continuity representative activities – including responding to disasters and crises in region, ensuring up to date and accurate written business continuity and crisis management processes in the region, and conducting annual table top testing meetings
·  Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster information security and privacy awareness within the HR organization
·  Work closely with legal, global information security, global physical security and other groups within Oracle on privacy, information security and business continuity matters
·  Guide HR Project Managers in preparing HR related projects for Corporate Security Reviews.
·  Maintain and track compliance requirements with HR team's on a monthly basis from the Global HR Supplier Inventory Tool
·  Support the Regional HR P&S in performing periodic review/ audits of the HR P&S Checksheets for the country HR teams
·  Provide Support to the Regional and Global Programs for promoting Privacy and Information Security awareness
·  Provide Support in the Global Supplier Security Assessments for HR suppliers identified along with Regional HR P&S

Qualifications:

·  3-5 years general HR experience at a consultant or managerial level
·  Bachelors Degree in a related field, Masters Degree preferred
·  IAPP (Privacy) certification/ Information Security certification Preferred – CIPP/ CISSP
·  Experience managing a regional/ country level privacy program
·  Ability to interact with all levels within the Organization
·  Demonstrated project management skills, driving projects from beginning to completion
·  Ability to work independently
·  Experience working with remote teams
·  Ability to create and deliver professional presentation & training materials
·  Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
·  Technical skills to understand employee databases and systems
·  Interest in international human resource and legal issues
·  Able to attend international calls, flexible work hours to attend team calls with US, Europe and Latin America
·  Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time, typically 10% or less but may be more travel initially)
·  Experience working with various cultures throughout the JAPAC region and with Corporate offices
