Job description
As part of Oracle's marketing team, develop integrated marketing design for events, campaigns, collateral, launches, direct mail, logo design, e-marketing efforts, corporate identity and design for a global community. Set the tone for Direct Marketing, Events, and Branding Development. Work with team to build new technology demonstrations and content to support Oracle's global marketing programs.
Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects that define the aesthetics, visual design, and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials, and packaging that enhances Oracle's product image. Assess the effectiveness of the project image and presentation needs.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 2 years relevant experience.

Qualifications :
As part of the North America SaaS Customer Success organization, the Graphic Designer will design and produce a wide range of visual assets to support the organization's efforts to help customers achieve their business goals with Oracle SaaS software. Examples of the visual assets include website imagery and illustrations, iconography, infographics, email design, digital ads, and collateral templates, including PowerPoint and datasheet templates.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing specialists, program managers, and web developers to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects that define the aesthetics, visual design, and/or layout of marketing materials and web-based deliverables that align to Oracle brand guidelines and promote the objectives of the Customer Success organization and Oracle as a whole.

The Graphic Designer is expected to work both independently and within a team, and operate according to defined policies, procedures, and guidelines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is required, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
The Graphic Designer will report to Director, Customer Success, responsible for ensuring the world-class digital experience that customers receive when interacting with NA SaaS Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
· Translate business objectives and marketing themes into visually attractive and compelling experiences.
· Design and produce graphics (photo-realistic or illustrative in style, depending on requirements) for use on websites or in HTML-based emails, optimized for web-based use.
· Design and produce graphics for printed collateral.
· Design and produce graphics for tradeshow booths.
· Design and produce templates for marketing collateral, including sophisticated PowerPoint slides and datasheets.
· Design layouts for websites and HTML-based emails.
· Create sketches and wireframes for design possibilities, and manage the approval process with executive-level leadership for selected designs.
· Implement and maintain a standardized graphic-production workflow, including a request/intake process and a file management structure.
· Perform within tight deadlines and adhere to project calendars
Required Skills and Experience:
· BFA or equivalent degree in graphic design
· A strong online portfolio that demonstrates layout/composition, color theory, and aesthetic coherence
· Knowledge of typography
· Comfort in a Windows environment. (Design on a Mac-based platform is permissible.)
· Highly proficient with use of Adobe Creative Suite
· Web design/development experience a plus
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of online/digital media processes and web/mobile standards and how these inform the development of digital output
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Highly motivated, organized, proactive, enthusiastic and resourceful, with the ability to work on a number of different and varied projects at one time, often under quick deadlines.
· Ability to manage expectations, set deadlines and follow up on projects with a sense of urgency
· Ability to take creative feedback and execute updates quickly and seamlessly
· Solid understanding and experience producing for digital channels and social media
