Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

We seek top-notch, technical program managers with deep cloud infrastructure knowledge and experience in communicating with customers via forums. As an early member of this Forum Support team, you will have significant influence on Forum strategy in all areas, including defining SLAs, developing processes to get feedback from service teams, understanding engineering workflows. You will also collaborate closely with incident management, and Community Manager to deliver a ground-breaking overall user experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with service teams and product management to develop content to share through the forum platforms with OCI customers
• Deliver accurate customer-facing content, and communication on time and with a high degree of quality through the forum platform
• Contribute to strategic initiatives around authoring environments, development processes, and automation tooling
• Work closely with the technical content team to ensure consistency in workflow and writing style
• Collaborate with the OCI community managers to ensure that the content — including documentation, contextual help, UI text, and other forms of assistance — are discoverable, and usable to the customer on the forum platforms
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience in written communication on community/forum platforms
• Experience developing Knowledge Base type documentation
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and technologies
• Strong team player with outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. We believe the HOW is as important as the WHAT.
• A history of fearless hands-on investigation and product use and a strong customer advocate mentality
• Comfort with agile, swiftly changing, dynamic software development situations
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to drive, follow, and evangelize cross-team processes
• Familiarity with software localization and accessibility guidelines
• Understanding of transformation engines and content management systems
• Experience using enterprise-grade bug tracking systems, such as JIRA
• Experience and commitment to capturing and maintaining institutional knowledge
• A Bachelor's degree in a writing-intensive field, or significant work experience in startups or fast-paced enterprise technology development environments
