Job description

Assist in the development and execution of corporate event marketing programs

Assist other team members in the execution of corporate marketing events. Supports team with execution of event program including but not limited to: event registration and demand generation, venue and event logistics management (Food and Beverage, A/V specifications, etc.), and event creative concept and production execution. Follows outlined policies and established procedures, working with internal groups such as purchasing, accounts payable, shared services, etc. Assists team in on-site event execution of event programs. Assists in the execution of post event activities such as execution of follow up communications for event attendees, uploading and tracking leads, ensuring final payments to vendors are made, etc.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry desirable but not necessary. Professional credentials (or may be studying) in Marketing, Academic credentials desirable.
