Job description

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.

Program Description -

Our Global Professional Services Analyst Program prepares entry level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career at Oracle + NetSuite. Analysts participate in an initial three to six month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, implementation experience and consulting skills through training and development. Analysts learn first–hand how NetSuite impacts our customers' businesses by working alongside their team, program lead and NetSuite Professional Services Consultants; thereby gaining valuable consulting experience across multiple business environments.

Oracle + NetSuite's Professional Services Consulting teams work directly with our customers to provide world-class configuration and implementation services of the NetSuite application to meet their business requirements. We allocate our teams into industry specific verticals, such as Software, Wholesale Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing, to provide industry expertise and best practices consulting services.

Job Description -

The Enablement Manager will recruit, onboard and manage teams of 10-16 Professional Services Analysts located in their respective offices. The teams consist of multiple roles, such as Functional and Technical, within the Consulting practice. The training and development program focuses on providing the Analysts a solid foundation of consulting skills along with developing their product expertise. As the facilitator of their local program, you will oversee their development and preparation for entry into the Professional Services Consulting practice. Activities include mentoring, conducting workshops, coordinating instructor led training and guiding them through structured learning activities defined within the program.

Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and development of the program. Such activities include administering feedback sessions, revising or developing program content as a result of participant feedback and new program initiatives, partnering with other Enablement Managers to ensure a consistent experience across all offices, and providing support as requested for overall Analyst Development Program operations.

Finally, you will be in a unique position to help mold the new next generation of Oracle + NetSuite consultants and have a direct impact on the success of the practice. The position requires a strong, hands-on leader with solid analytical skills. It is an ideal role for a candidate that is looking to take their professional career to the next level and manage a team of new Analysts starting their consulting careers.

Responsibilities include:

· Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of NetSuite

· Participate in the recruiting process for future Analyst classes – including recruiting events on-site interviews

· Lead and support the development of Analysts within the program

· Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creativity and broadcast of program results

· Drive program and participant success; investing in the success of the team and going above and beyond to mentor a team of individuals as they progress towards transition into the PS Consulting Practice

· Collaborate with team members and within the Practice to execute training objectives

· Identify and promote new training opportunities for the Analyst Development Program

· Contribute to the development of new programs and/or trainings

Ideal Candidate Qualifications include:

· 3-5 years' experience in consulting and/or enablement required

· Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment

· Passion for coaching and mentoring individuals

· Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude

· Exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

· Ability to create and track individual and team metrics

· Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities

· Background in software or ERP implementations an advantage

· Previous consulting experience with the following applications preferred: NetSuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards

· Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level
