Job description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.

Summary:

As the PS Solutioning Enablement Coordinator, you will help in planning and organizing activities as well as carry out important operational duties for the Consulting Services Sales Operations Organization to ensure our operations run efficiently. You'll be an integral part of the team; building relationships with the global Enablement group and our partner groups in Oracle + NetSuite to accomplish your tasks. Example activities include event coordination for enablement trainings and organization of our new hire and locational needs; such as new program starts, hiring events, and recruiting efforts. Further responsibilities consist of program communications and marketing as well as creating reports and analytics for various Program needs. You will also be responsible for contributing to the growth and development of the program by administering feedback sessions and providing support as requested. Lastly, you will be tasked with providing executive support for the department leader.

Key Responsibilities include:

·  Support planning and coordination for the Sales and Solutioning Training activities.
·  Assist with logistics including meetings, events, registration management, ordering collateral, scheduling venues and managing invoices.
·  Research, collect data, and develop reports and analytics to support our initiatives and report on progress.
·  Collaborate with Enablement partners as directed to organize and facilitate enablement activities.
·  Support various Executive special project requests.
·  Help maintain the budget and track expenditures/transactions.
·  Assist with program communications.
·  Build positive relationships within the team and external parties.
·  Support program growth and development.
·  Make recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
·  Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.
