The primary focus of a Business Development Consultant is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical

As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.

Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.

ISV OD Business Development Representative – Eastern Europe

The ISV OD Business Development Representative mapped to specific territories/verticals in EMEA will be responsible for ISV/OEM Account Management and ISV business development. The ISV OD Business Development Representative is focused mainly in ISV prospecting, recruitment and on boarding, engagement of non-transacting ISVs and follow-up on ISV Business Development campaigns.

Responsible for understanding Oracle product offerings and competitive market. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Part of a Global team of ISV OD Business Development Rep located in Bangalore, Beijing, Bucharest, Buenos Aires and Austin

· Reporting into the EMEA Regional Manager ISV OD Business Development Team

· Support on strategic Cloud recruitment for Emerging Cloud Field and OD Teams: Cloud competitive market initiatives, new ISVs for Oracle PaaS & IaaS

· Drive recruitment campaigns within the assigned territory

· On boarding of newly recruited ISVs: OPN membership setup and distribution agreements management, Application Package Registration Forms approvals, etc.

· Working with Sales Consultants to assist ISV's product development and license migration

· Engagement of non-transacting ISVs through ISV activation initiatives and Technology/Cloud adoption campaigns

· Primary point of qualification of prospects to produce quality leads for ISV Sales (demand generation). Would be accomplished through mix of outbound prospecting and lead follow-up

· Migrate support for existing Oracle ISVs to Oracle PaaS (in conjunction with field/inside sales)

· Call out campaign (drive attendance to event, promotional offer, or basic qualification of current Cloud plans/usage) focused on current ISVs with active agreements, active maintenance streams, had agreement/revenue in the past but now dormant, or are members of OPN and identify themselves as an ISV

.1. Call out campaigns as above to targeted lists of non-Oracle ISVs

.2. Including follow up on campaigns such as webinars, road shows, online offers

.3. OCM/OVI Recruitment (Building the Oracle Ecosystem)

· Joint Campaign Follow up with Key Partners

· Full sync with ISV Sales Rep, ISV OD Sales Reps and ISV OD Sales Consultant, to agree on top ISV prospects, feedback needs on lead identification, discuss needed data and actions to complete the “handed over” process

· Develop new pipeline generation from ISV install base

· Assure ISV royalty revenue by working with ISV Sales Reps and ISV Inside Sales Reps to collect quarterly revenue reports

· Provide accurate and timely management information, business development updates and revenue forecasts

· Develop/Propose future business plans and needs to develop services, capacity and deliverables as needed

· Keep up to date with all developments related to Oracle strategy for ISVs and also new product releases

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management
·  Min 3 years relevant experience in IT sales/ business development management
·  Fluency in English is a must
·  Account Management and Customer Relationship skills
·  Networking, Influencing, Negotiating, Prospecting
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Functional and Technical Organizational chart understanding
·  Technology Stack understanding

· Networking, Storage, Server, Virtualization, O/S, Middleware, Runtime, Data, Applications

·  Basic Oracle technology portfolio understanding
·  Sales Tools experience
