Job description

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
·  Requirements gathering
·  Ability to break requirements into logical phases and identify key dependencies
·  Assist project team with functional design including high level UI design
·  Coordinate and support training
·  Good listener – must be able to fully understand business requirements and concerns and communicate to design team
·  Assist in the investigation and resolution of day-to-day production issues
·  Work with Implementation Team and Customer to coordinate business configuration

Preferred Experience and Training
·  2-3 years professional Business Analyst experience
·  BA/BS preferred
·  Healthcare Insurance or Financial industry experience preferred but not required
·  Excellent analytical and presentation skills (oral and written)
·  Self motivated, able to lead work steams independently
·  Willingness to travel 75%
·  Solid organization skills
·  Ability to lead work steams
·  Ability to multi-task – able to manage long term projects along with high-priority tasks
·  Good organization, time management skills and attention to detail
·  Ability to work across multiple teams, building relationships across those teams
·  Leadership qualities, independent initiative and ability to work across teams
·  Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
