0-2 years work experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products a plus but not necessary. Professional demeanor. Desire for a long-term career in sales. Able to gain competence in own area and acquire a higher level understanding of role, processes, and procedures.

OracleBronto is seeking an Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Bronto will provide training, a heavy investment in Marketing and an opportunity to grow your career in sales - you need to provide the hard work and qualifying skills to win new business to join our growing list of clients. You must be energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated as the Business Development Representative will be the first point of contact for all sales prospects.
You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers via phone daily, handling all inbound inquiries generated from Marketing activities, providing first-hand feedback and recommendation on marketing efforts based on experiences with customers and prospects and assisting with the growth of our sales pipeline through lead generation and inside sales activities.
Business Development Representative (BDR) Program prepares entry level candidates for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud-business arena. The 15 – 18 month program provides hands-on experience sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and sales skills. We are looking to hire our next superstar sales representative or account manager in order to accelerate and grow talent from within. We promote successful graduates from our BDR program into a quota bearing role within the sales organization which provides increased earning potential. Your Responsibilities:
· Qualifying and producing quality leads for the Account Executives
· Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives
· Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of Oracle Bronto solutions
· Analyzing prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
· Working on ad hoc projects for various departments
Preferred Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
· Desire to work in the tech industry
· Intelligent, motivated, and competitive, with a high energy level, fast-paced personality
· Well-rounded individual with varied interests, experience, and strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
· Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, CRM applications
