Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Qualifications :

Data Center Services (DCS) is part of the Oracle Could Infrastructure organization. DCS is built around the purpose of providing stellar infrastructure products and services. DCS enables this by selecting, building, delivering, and then running our regional data center footprints around the globe. DCS also manages the colocation data centers for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure worldwide. This includes region research, discovery and acquisition, region physical delivery, daily operations, and eventual region retirement.

DCS is seeking a detail-oriented program manager to oversee our access management program for our data centers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

· Develops and reviews processes related to access management

· Manages and reviews Co-location Provider portal and enterprise management systems; ensuring alignment between systems and resolving discrepancies

· Reviews Data Center permanent and temporary physical access and badge swipe lists, tracks investigations to closure on unauthorized access, working closely with data center managers and vendors

· Initiate monthly and quarterly reviews of data center access lists and badge swipe reports for all OCI data centers

· Review Co-location Provider portal quarterly

· Communicates Co-Location Provider trends to Business Operations for Monthly Business Reviews

· Develops and reviews access management assessments and reports on findings, consult and close on remediation plans, track status, aggregate results, and report to management / leadership

· Liaison with corporate Global Physical Security team when related to scope of work

· Champion access management controls in DCS

· Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders

· Maintain record of repository according to relevant compliance requirements

· Fulfill evidence requests for access reviews and audits

· Support ad-hoc data analysis requests

· Improve documentation, track progress and performance, coordinate all improvement efforts, monitor process improvement effectiveness, and regularly communicate and present to DCS management

· Utilize authorized change management and communication practices in coordination with the Knowledge Management team to inform and engage OCI organization

Qualifications:

· 1-3+ years of related experience

· 1+ year of program management experience

· Training in access management

· Experience with Data Centers operations

· Familiarity with relevant standards, such as NIST, FedRAMP, PCI, and ISO27001

· Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful

· Experience working in a fast paced, continuously evolving, environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Positive attitude, self-starter; takes initiative

· Ability to work independently and collaborate in group environments
