Role
We are currently looking for a number of WebCenter Consultants to assist customers in the implementation of our WebCenter technology, support them with mapping the business requirements into a successful implementation.
The preferred location is Nuremberg. Other potential locations are Munich or Stuttgart. The position reports to the Practice Manager within the German Consulting.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on the Oracle WebCenter, Java, HTML 5, ADF;
- Develop solutions on Oracle Middleware Products Stack, especially WebCenter Portal, WebCenter Sites, WebCenter Content, Java, SOA Suite and BPEL;
- Frequently share technical and business knowledge with team members, Oracle consultants, solutions specialists, sales consultants, partners and customers;
- Produce accurate technical documentation;
- Acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or Master of Engineering or equivalent, preferably in computer science or information systems;
- Expertise in web development technologies like Java, HTML 5 or in the area of Oracle WebCenter;
- Expertise on JEE design - Web Services, JSF, EJB, JPA;
- Experience appreciated at least in one of the following areas: JDeveloper development, SOA, BPEL, knowledge on WebLogic Server (Installation, configuration and deployment);
- Quick learner and strongly self-motivated;
- Able to take initiatives and work independently;
- Team player within Oracle and at the customer location;
- Professional work ethics and attitude;
- Good communication skills;
- Good English skills, spoken and written;
- German at a business fluent level, spoken and written;
- Ability and willingness to travel in Germany and across Western Europe as needed.
