What we’re looking for:

Firstly - you must not be afraid of picking up the phone! You need to be confident enough to be cold-calling from day one. You need excellent communication skills, a strong work-ethic and a positive attitude.

A solid degree from a good University is key, along with business acumen and proof that you don’t shy away from hard work.
