Job description
A brand new role within Optima Legal, to provide the re-mortgage teams with inbound/outbound telephone and administrative support to ensure the smooth transition of workloads during a period of substantial change.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls being an 'ambassador' for Optima Legal
- Make outbound contact by telephone or email to chase outstanding documentation/information to enable progress of the case in line with Service Level Agreements
- Complete activities accurately inputting data onto the case management system and making contact with various 3rd parties as required
- Deal with any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Deal with difficult situations in a highly professional manner liaising with your peers or Team Manager where necessary
- Review a file and various documentation to ensure the file is ready for to completion date to be arranged and when required set a completion date
- Ensure that every case / activity is worked as proactively and accurately as possible, updating all parties regularly
- Work to department, team and individual targets in line with client Service Level
Experience Required
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Polite telephone manor and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Attention to detail
- 2:1 degree
