Scope of Activity (E-Power) : Battery packs, electronics, and power electronics for heavy mobility and light vehicles
Localisation : Pfastatt
Missions :
* Coordinates all plant activities in preparation of production launch
* Participates in production machine development, supplier follow up and equipment commissioning
* Leads the production startup activities in the plant for new projects. Follow the industrial performance of new projects.
* Promotes a collaborative problem-solving approach and permanent best practices

Desired profile
Personal Background & Technical Skills
* Degree in Engineering / Industrial automation / Mechatronics
* Proven experience of industrial project management
* Industrial engineering background (cycle time analysis, line balancing, lean manufacturing concepts)
* Experience in manufacturing development activities for an automotive or railway industrial company
* Good English and French knowledge in spoken and written
* 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
