What are you going to do?
As Implementation and Support Engineer, you will be in charge of managing the implementation of the Opensee solution for our customers:
* Act as the cornerstone of the integration cycle at Opensee’s clients
* Act as a Project Manager facing clients (IT, Business, Head of Dev, C-levels) and internal resources (DataOps, Developers, Product Owners, C-levels) for Opensee implementation (On premise at clients, on our Saas platform)
* Advise clients on best practices and optimization for Opensee implementation
* Gather client requirements for new features and product enhancements and working with Product Owners to contribute to the product’s evolution
* Contribute to product support and product troubleshooting
* Participate in Demos and Proof of Concepts
Desired profile
Requirements
Technical skills (3 or more of the below)
* Unix systems Administration / Bash / Networks
* DevOps: Linux / Kubernetes / Docker
* Relational databases / SQL / Python
* Testing, Deployment logic, Hardware specifications
* Integration, Debugging and troubleshooting
Must-have:
* Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Excellent analytical, numerical and conceptual skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* A minimum 2-5 years experience in tech, finance or consulting
* Interest for Tech and Finance
Nice-to-have:
* Skills in Big Data technologies and Python
* Experience in a Tech Startup/Scaleup
* Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
