Marketing Internship Available

12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hemel Hempstead, Herts

Full Time Office Hours (Monday-Friday 9-5) with flexibility to assist with events during evening/weekends as required

The Marketing Intern will be supporting the Marketing Team in delivering a wide range of marketing projects and materials to drive the brand forward. Working alongside an experienced marketing team, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn and develop in a role which directly relates to your academic studies and career goals whilst helping to shape a truly inspiring, entrepreneurial business.

At One Stop Doctors, we’re pioneering a new approach to private healthcare. Our flagship outpatient, dental and diagnostic clinic features state-of-the-art equipment and an exceptionally high quality, prestigious environment for patients and staff alike.

Our clinic is situated in Hemel Hempstead with free on-site parking and easy access to the M1 and M25.

Key responsibilities include:

-Managing small creative jobs such as company branded items and stationary
-Manage literature stock
-Schedule planned social media posts in Hootsuite
-Manage data lists and uploads of data into mail chimp and set up some campaigns
-Proof read literature
-Source stock such as literature displays, promotional gift items
-Make minor copy amends on the website in CMS
-Support the team with getting setting up for events, including putting together bags of promotional gifts

This is a key role and the successful candidate must:

-Have high standards of personal presentation in keeping with a quality healthcare environment
-Be well organised, efficient and be able to multi task
-Have sound literacy and numeracy skills
-Have strong IT skills
-Be a flexible team player
-Be a confident and articulate communicator
-Systems and process training will be provided.
