Within VINCI Energies International and Systems, the Nuclear business line carries out most of the Group's activities in France and in UK in the Nuclear field, serving prestigious customers such as EDF, NNB, FRAMATOME, ORANO and the CEA.

Organized into operational entities on a human scale with a great decision-making capacity and driven by strong human values, VINCI Energies Nuclear Division is seeking, for Omexom - ISDEL Energy Ltd a : 

 ·       Project Director / Manager

 Your Missions :

Reporting to the business unit manager, your role will be to : 

- Has overall responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the project within the agreed target cost and schedule, with high levels of productivity

- Ensures that the project execution plans and objectives are managed, controlled and delivered in an effective manner

- Ensures that comprehensive, accurate reporting of the project status is provided and presented regularly to Omexom and NNB GenCo project stakeholders

- Ensures compliance with the Safety and Quality requirements of NNB GenCo, Omexom and regulatory bodies

- Provides overall leadership to the project team and to ensure that the key deliverables of the project are highly visible and continually reinforced throughout the project team

- Motivates and inspires the project team to meet and exceed NNB GenCo and Omexom's expectations

- Sets the correct standards of behavior throughout the project organization

Desired profile

Your Profile :

With an Engineering Degree, you have at least 10 years’ experience in Project Management, and 5 as Project Manager in the field of industry.

Organizational skills, rigor, interpersonal skills and autonomy are essential for your success in the position.

French with British cultural background, or UK resident fluent in French. Experience in the Nuclear industry is a plus.
