Olympia Records is a London based record label with an exciting and growing roster. Founded in 2014 our artists include Dahlia Sleeps, WØLFFE, Cinema, Sid Batham and Forever.

We are looking for a motivated, self starter with creative ideas to help us out on what is shaping up to be our busiest year yet.

This opportunity would be great for someone who wants to expand on their knowledge of the music industry and learn the in's and out's of running a record label. We are a very small and close-knit team so absolute passion and commitment to our brand and roster is a must.

Responsibilities will include -

- Assisting with events, parties and live shows with our events and management imprint Lucky10 (previous venues have included The Hospital Club and Shoreditch House)
- Assisting at photo and video shoots
- New release digital supply chain set up
- Marketing and social media
- e-CRM
- Scouting and suggesting producers for remixes
- Ad hoc duties and admin
- Artist relations

Skills -

- A passion for pop music
- Can-do attitude and bags of self motivation
- Creative thinking and great ideas
- Basic knowledge of Hootsuite and Mailchimp
- Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop (Illustrator would also be a bonus)
- Reliable, trustworthy and discreet

This will initially be for 3 months until the end of May with the option to continue if it's the right fit. It is part time and the location and hours and are variable (mainly evenings and weekends). You must be able to commit at least 2 hours a week (4 if we have an event). The opportunity is unpaid but reasonable travel expenses will be remunerated.
