Job description
We are looking for a well spoken admin and marketing assistant to support Olivier Laudus in the day to day running of the company. The role is varied and ranges from despatching orders to help expand the wholesale network by making calls to bridal shops and securing appointments.
You will also be involved in the day to day running of the company and will learn how to manage a small online business efficiently.
Daily tasks you will be involved with:
- SEO: optimisation of category and product pages to improve Google rankings
- Uploading new products to our e-commerce platform
- Despatch orders
- Speak to customers (on the phone)
- Help increase stockists for our sister company (Starlet Jewellery)
- Online marketing: create posts for Instagram and Facebook / competitions
- Develop strategies alongside Olivier to increase sales
To succeed in this role you should:
Have excellent copywriting and communication skills
Be interested in learning more about how industries like ecommerce and marketing work
Be creative with outstanding attention to detail
Be highly organised and self-motivated
Be driven and able to work proactively by yourself
Travel expenses will be paid and lunch will be provided.
