We are a broker of serviced office and coworking space. Working within an exciting Start-up organisation, you will work alongside marketing and sales team.

The successful candidate will develop SEO strategies. There will also be the opportunity to work within an exciting inbound sales environment. In addition to paid weekly expenses, inbound enquiries which convert to sales will attract an additional bonus.

We are looking for interns with the ability to develop long term careers with Offices iQ.

Our mission is to find our clients the ideal space which meets their requirements and fits their budget.

The Offices iQ management team have extensive experience of working within the serviced office industry across all disciplines from operations to sales. It is this experience that helps to provide clients with a level of service unrivalled by any other office broker.

Previously focusing on a small portfolio of corporate clients, Offices iQ is now about to launch OfficesiQ.com globally.

Key Responsibilities

*Implement all SEO activities within a given region, to drive google rankings, including:
*Write area guides utilising company template.
*Ensure all serviced office providers are listed on the website.
*Contribute to Offices iQ blog and social media feeds.
*Identify regional partners for advertising and partnership programmes.
*Handle incoming enquiries via Offices iQ website and telephone.
*Speak to client to gain full specification
*Produce proposal and book tours for client to view options.
*Communicate with client and serviced office provider until agreements are signed.
*Signed agreements will attract a monetary bonus
*Continually generate new ideas with the aim to drive higher enquiry and conversion levels from the website.

Essential
*Writing Skills. Ability to write professional copy for the Offices iQ website and tools. Written English, spelling and grammar should be at a level which does not require constant checking and supervision.
*Communication Skills. The successful candidate must be able to communicate at all levels up to and including CEO level.
*Self-Motivation. It is important that you have high energy levels and the ability to work without constant supervision.
*Interpersonal Skills. The ability to achieve your goals without impacting negatively on others you communicate with. Demonstrating understanding and empathy.
*Tenacity. The ability to see a task or activity through to conclusion and managing challenges
*Team Player. Ability to work within a team. Supporting others in the achievement of their goals, and asking for help from others.
*Planning and organisation. Able to manage time and tasks sufficiently to ensure objectives met to agreed time lines.

*SEO Strategic knowledge.
*Creativity. The candidate will work to defined guidelines however there is the opportunity to impact strategy and direction through your own creative ideas
