Overview

We are a young and dynamic digital agency based in North Acton. We specialize in email marketing, CRM, Wordpress, mobile web and integration providing clients with high-quality software applications and services.

We are looking for a Production executive to join our team. You will be required to support the Project Manager by implementing various digital agency projects for clients. You will be expected to maintain and implement modules for our web applications, create responsive email marketing campaigns, and support the team by doing QA/support for our Odicci product.

Our development cycle is extremely fast, and we have built tools to keep it that way. It's common to write code and have it running live on the site on the same day. If you work for us, you will be able to make an impact immediately and join at an exciting time during a period of growth.

Duties and responsibilities

Your main day-day responsibility, but not limited to, will be working on agency projects. You will play a key role in supporting the digital project manager deliver projects for various end clients.

• Create responsive HTML email marketing campaigns for customers

Additional Tasks

• Maintain our client’s Magento web sites with minimal help using PHP/CSS/Javascript.
• Maintain our Wordpress web site with minimal help using PHP/CSS/Javascript.
• Set up workflows, segment data, and verify datasets as part of launching email marketing campaigns.
• Periodically support the support team for Odicci and act as first line software technical support for clients, investigate and fix any issues that may occur before escalating it to the development team.
• Periodically monitor our servers and integrations to spot any abnormalities.
• Periodically support the Odicci team by doing QA on new features for the Odicci product.

Technical Skills

• Expertise using Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS to create responsive email marketing campaigns (essential)
• Basic experience using Wordpress, Magento and knowledge of PHP with to view to add new or improve existing features to applications written in either platform.
• Experience using source control tools, GIT.
• Some experience using email marketing platforms / CRMs (MailChimp, Bronto, Dotmailer, Salesforce etc)
• Experience using transactional emailing platforms such as Mandril and Sendgrid
• Knowledge of object oriented programming
• Knowledge of software patterns

Nice to have:

• Experience of managing / programming servers
• Google analytics
• ASP.net/C#
• Support software (helpscout)
