UX / UI Designer Internship

ODICCI is a software company that helps brands engage and capture customer data. The ODICCI platform allows our Clients to create and launch marketing campaigns in just a few clicks. Interactive Experience and Gamification marketing are fun and engaging ways to grow your CRM database and increase customer loyalty.

We are looking for a UX / UI Designer who thrive in a collaborative working environment. Working alongside our product manager and development team. You will be responsible for creating UX/UI, Wireframes, Graphic Designs and Digital Assets for our ODICCI web app and other business applications - using the ODICCI Design signature that is all about efficiency and simplicity. You will gather research based on proposed designs, your role will be to create and deliver Digital Assets for the development team while Improving digital experience; including research and creation of wireframes, user flows and new user interfaces.

Desired profile

- Good understanding of the User-Centred Design process and principles including user research and personas generations, user flows and sitemaps, wireframing and prototyping, usability principles and testing
- Good understanding of the Visual Design process including use of colours, typography, layouts, imagery, controls and affordances and following design principles such as consistency, hierarchy and Personality
- Experience designing for multiple platforms / responsive design
- High standard digital design portfolio including, typography, iconography and digital graphic design examples
- Experience in an agile development environment
- Robust and self-organised approach
- Be able to take direction and critique and be a real team-player
- Experience with e-commerce products/platforms (ideal, but not essential)
- Proficiency in Sketch and prototyping tools such as Invision, Marvel and Proto.io
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Javascript a plus - coding not required, knowing limitations helps designing products that will work (ideal, but not essential).
