Junior Client Services Executive

Odessa Print Group is a fast growing printers specialising in large format print, outdoor advertising and point of sale print.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast growing, fast paced Client Services team as a Junior Client Services Executive.

The Junior Client Services Exec will be responsible for managing a specific group of Clients and their work requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS -

• Manage a group of named clients and their print needs
• Upwardly manage clients, build relationships within client companies
• Manage clients live print jobs through the factories from artwork, to production, to despatch and keep updated with progress
• Report to clients on progress and chase clients for artwork and missing information
• Book jobs on the MIS system keeping up to date records, accurate and complete with all necessary data
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal staff

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS -

• Good proven client service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
• Good time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Well-developed inter-personal skills
• Fluent, clear and articulate in verbal communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting
• Good in MS Office programmes Work and Excel
• Must be able to prioritise work amid conflicting demands
• Must be able to work well and logically under pressure
• Experience within project management would be desirable

We are based over two sites, one in Kent and one in London, the successful applicant will need to be flexible to base themselves at either site depending on projects and campaigns going through the business.

Full training on all aspects of print will be given to the successful applicant.
