Mission:
You will integrate the ODDO BHF International Banking team (40 people). ODDO BHF's International Banking Division is a renowned, dynamic and modern market player in trade and export finance. The team takes care of relationships to European Exporters and Emerging Markets Financial Institutions. You will be particularly in charge of sales support/management. More precisely, you will have the following missions:

- Support daily sales activities of responsible Regional Managers and Export Managers with direct access to clients
- Reduce administrative workload of Regional Managers and Export Managers by preparing contracts and preparing quotations as well as extracting, assembling and entering data into the bank core systems
- Ensure accessibility and service quality to important professional clients with high demands, by all communications means (phone, e-mail, skype, meetings)
- Prepare credit appraisals on counterparties including consolidation of macroeconomic risk information
- Contribute to sales campaigns and provide respective input into sales statistics
- You will work in a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues and report to the Head of Sales Management and Support.

Profile
- Successfully completed university/grandes ecoles studies in economics or business
- Good knowledge and appetite for international trade, macroeconomics and financial analysis
- Basic knowledge of core products, i.e. letters of credit, guarantees, international payments and Export Credit Agency business
- Initial experience in international organizations/financial institutions
- Excellent client servicing behavior with professional counterparties in France and in Emerging Markets
- A clear commitment to service performance with a clear willingness to get things done combined with cross-cultural management skills
- Very good ability to work latest versions of MS Office and particularly with xls and proprietary IT systems, hence an affinity to work on the detail
- Good presentation structuring skills, especially in ppt
- Competent appearance combined with very good verbal and written expression skills, good team integration track record
- Fluent in English and French , Arabic language skills are in important asset, ideally basic knowledge of German
