Job description

We have an exciting new position available for an efficient Operations Administrator to join our team. You would have the opportunity to work in all departments of the company such as Marketing, HR and Management.

Your role as Operations Administrator will involve:

General office administration tasks
Ensure that all paperwork is completed and followed up
Ensure smooth communication of key issues
Organise office meeting and liaison between departments
To take notes for formal hearings
Daily and Ad hoc administration of on-going projects which require collation
HR support in recruitment and performance management
Marketing support in event management
Business operations support working closely with the general management

Desired profile

Experience required for this Operations Administrator position:

Professional manner in writing formal e-mails
Excellent English spelling and grammar
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Organised and methodical
Accurate with a keen eye for detail
Computer literate but knowledge of MS Word and Excel is necessary

You too will need to be a quick thinker and have bags of common sense, initiative and confidence in your own abilities.
