This role is based in our headoffice in Trowbridge and is a year contract.
Overall Purpose of the Job
- Supporting the management of the tender process and coordination of tender documentation from OJEU to Contract Award including submission via electronic portals
- Managing 2-way communications process via electronic tendering portals throughout contract lifecycle internally and externally
- Influencing, liaising and negotiating with key customers/stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle process
- Completion of complex documents e.g. pricing schedules, financial information for
P & L - Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial agreements reflect customer and business expectations
- Advising the pricing process for new product lines, new accounts, price maintenance and extensions throughout the contract lifecycle. -liaising with Wholesalers and internal business partners
- Providing expert advice on the contract terms and process to provide guidance to the medical business to enable them to operate effectively within their roles
- Data analyse reports and if there are anomalies make changes or provide solutions

Job Holder Education & Qualifications Required
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft word and excel skills

- Evidence of CIPs qualification
- Negotiation skills
