Job description

This role is based in our headoffice in Trowbridge and is a year contract.

Overall Purpose of the Job

  • Supporting the management of the tender process and coordination of tender documentation from OJEU to Contract Award including submission via electronic portals
  • Managing 2-way communications process via electronic tendering portals throughout contract lifecycle internally and externally
  • Influencing, liaising and negotiating with key customers/stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle process
  • Completion of complex documents e.g. pricing schedules, financial information for
    P & L
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial agreements reflect customer and business expectations
  • Advising the pricing process for new product lines, new accounts, price maintenance and extensions throughout the contract lifecycle. -liaising with Wholesalers and internal business partners
  • Providing expert advice on the contract terms and process to provide guidance to the medical business to enable them to operate effectively within their roles
  • Data analyse reports and if there are anomalies make changes or provide solutions

  • Understanding of procurement / employment legalities e.g. TUPE

Job Holder Education & Qualifications Required

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft word and excel skills

Desirable

  • Evidence of CIPs qualification
  • Negotiation skills
