Position: Order Dispatch and Warehouse/Stores Team Lead
Location: Corby
Hours: 40 hrs pw Mon-Thurs: 7:45-17:00 Fri: 8:00-13:00
Employment: Permanent

Nursery Connections Ltd presents an excellent opportunity to join our established family business manufacturing baby products for the famous retailers on the high street.

We are recruiting for two order dispatch positions, a team lead and deputy team lead. Both roles also involve warehousing duties.

Accuracy on dispatch is critical to our business and will be the key measure of performance in this role.

Main duties will include:

- Systematic, efficient and accurate control of order dispatches

- Ensuring zero tolerance for errors in dispatches and full compliance with QC processes

- Timely escalation of any potential issues to production and operations management that could impact deadlines.

- Support Warehousing systems and stock management of inventory when no dispatches in progress.

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.

- Adhere to and support evolution of KPIs /Best Practice initiatives

The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate excellent levels of numeracy, focus and attention to detail.

- Be physically fit and hold a FLT license

- Be a pro active and professional individual with strong communication skills

- A personable team player with a flexible and willing 'can-do' attitude.

- Persistent with a strong work ethic and an ability to work to tight deadlines.

- Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems such as Red Prairie is an an advantage.
