The role - Implementation Analyst

The client now seeks an Implementation Analyst, a client-facing role position to ensure, clients are "on boarded" on to our platform based SaaS solution quickly with the highest level of quality and customer service at the core of your dealings.

You will work on multiple projects for new and existing clients and on individual projects, whilst under the direction of the relevant internal project managers.
You will possess the ability to fathom client requirements, align the solution, and collaborate with the development team for the provision of any bespoke aspects required.
In addition you will work with the customer to test the solution, facilitate the handover to main support team when the account has matured with training for end users and some elements of project management.

Responsibilities for the Implementation Analyst

Working on multiple projects with the direction of a Solution Delivery Consultant
Manage client implementations from signature and help clients utilize the SaaS solution to the best possible degree from kick off to go-live
Manage and care for client implementations where the platform integrates with client-specific components (e.g. CRM and social monitoring)
Deliver and demonstrate outstanding results to our clients from go-live to encourage full use and gain full benefit of the SaaS solution we offer
Pro-actively identify methods of improving the products and services provided
Be an advocate for the Professional Services’ team objectives towards delivery and revenue generation
Be a patron for outstanding customer satisfaction during and after the implementation process

Skills/Experience for the Implementation Analyst

A science/mathematics/IT degree or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Java/JSP, PHP, .NET application containers, XML, JSON
An understanding of SaaS models and the difference between building a product and providing bespoke client work.
Ability to ensure client confidence in how to best utilize our existing products
Strong project management skills
