Support the US Pharma Trade Director and Head BPA, US Pharma Finance in managing, analyzing, and negotiating wholesaler contractual terms and in planning, analyzing, and reviewing financial data.
The BPA Analyst Pharma Trade is responsible for monitoring and managing wholesaler inventory transactions and communicating results to the Director of Trade. The BPA Analyst also has responsibility of monthly close, reporting, forecasting, as well as ad hoc analysis.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved )
• Responsible for the analysis of the US Pharma trade activities. This includes working closely with the Director of Trade and respective Trade sales reps.
• Provide analysis to influence decision-making for the Trade Director and GM of US Pharma and actively contribute to operational objectives
• Performing weekly business trend analysis to identify opportunities and exposures to financial objectives.
• Provide key input to drive the accuracy of the revenue forecasting process
• Provide financial accounting, internal control and advisement services to support U.S. Pharma.
• Ensure data integrity and participate in budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews
• Maintain and update key wholesaler reports for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for potential sales risks or opportunities.
• Constantly strive to identify and implement value add improvements.
• Carry out ad hoc analysis or projects as appropriate.
