We are looking for a temporary administrative Assistant responsible for the delivery of simple and standardized administrative services.

• General administrative support: Executes standardized administrative services following a guideline and in a defined time frame (how, what, when is given, e.g. correspondence based on templates, filing, copying, telephone, meeting room administration, administrative preparation of meetings, care for infrastructure devices, etc.) 
• Interaction: Supports the line manager/team and/or customers. Knows the contact persons and communicates with them. 
• Work processes in own area of responsibility: Acts along clearly defined processes guidelines.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Commercial training (e.g. “Bürolehre”) or equivalent (e.g. other vocational qualification, must have administrative skills/experience)
• Good knowledge in German and English
• Experience in an office environment
• Planed start date as soon as possible
