• Support pro-actively as well as independently parts of the Global Quality Assurance team and handle all office administration in an international and dynamic environment
• Organization of a complex travel itinerary and travel expenses
• Manage tight deadlines and schedules • Preparation of international correspondence and communication including agendas, minutes and presentations
• Arrange, coordinate and follow-up on high-level global meetings, events and teleconferences etc.
• Participate in projects
• Support unit related tasks and processes

Desired profile

• Professional Office Management training, commercial Academy graduate or equivalent education Fluent written and spoken on business level in German and English
• Proven experience at least 3 years in running an office, international environment desirable
• Highly developed organizational skills and ability to work structured, precisely and independently
• Maturity to deal with matters of confidentiality and sensitivity • High Quality focus
• Computer literate with advanced proficiency in desktop applications e.g. MS Office
• Professional and friendly face to the customer, Team worker
• Resilient and flexible mind-set, embrace change • Stress resistant, very flexible
