Ensure smooth product flow and high customer service level whilst acting as service provider for Country or Sites for order fulfillment and demand related processes between internal and external customers, Pharma Supply Chain and PharmOps.
Major Accountabilities
Demand and Order Flow Monitoring and Maintenance
• Monitor and maintain correct system transactions related to order fulfillment process, to demand availability and accuracy and provide support to CPO’s to improve.
• Control and maintain high data quality of order fulfillment and demand elements
• Ensure on time availability of outbound (complete and not blocked)
• Prepare and ensure availability of all relevant documentations and approvals needed to guarantee steadily product flow
• Monitor availability and accuracy of Net Requirements at SKU level for the customers assigned and provide necessary feedback to CPO for corrective action.
• Ensure proper and timely signal/feedback is provided to the customer to acknowledge receipt of request/issue raised.
• Provide guidance and system support to assigned customers for returns, write-off’s, rebates and credit/debit notes according to the established SOPs and guidelines. Ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner, taking into account month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial timelines.
• Facilitate communication of customers and vendors in alignment with direct communication principles and ensure best practice customer relations to guarantee a high customer service level at all times.
• Strive for constant process and performance improvement by actively participating in cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.
Supporting overall Supply Chain Activities

• Support the Brand Unit for Life Cycle activities, such as launch, change, transfer, pruning and divestment.
• Continuously develop knowledge of supply chain business cases.
• Provide additional support on SAP coaching of trainees, new associates and CPO Supply Chain associates, along with Business Process.
• Support set-up and implementation of Pharma Supply Chain initiatives and workshops across CPO’s and Sites.
• Support organization of annual workshop with CPO’s.
Escalation, Prioritization, Communication
• Act as a service provider for escalation issues for CPO’s and/or PharmOps sites when necessary, connecting with relevant stakeholders (PharmOps, QA, W&D, Brand Units etc.,) to speed up system issue resolution.
• Support bottleneck supply issues, either long or short term with the aim of minimal bottleneck impact in collaboration with the Brand Units.
• Ensure prompt resolution of supply situations impacting the customers by acting as first point of escalation for assigned CPO’s and/or Sites when necessary and expediting GOCA’s through the system.
• Prioritization of deliveries in collaboration with Logistics Expert
Desired profile
Minimum requirements
Education: Formal education within Supply Chain required.
APICS certification
Languages: English – fluent written and spoken, German - preferred
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar position / customer service
Cross functional experience within Production Site, CPO, Logistics - preferred
