- Assist in month end, forecasting, and planning presentations, including maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and cross checking
-Prepare variances analysis and associated presentation slides to assist effectively communicating financial results
-Assist in the collection of various financial data support from broader finance team
-Assist in the planning process, including the planning calendar and key deliverable planning
-Assisting and completing in ad hoc financial requests
-Assist in cost forecasting and tracking

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

•Consolidation and analysis – LF2/TGT 2018
-Collect input from Commercial BPA, Franchise and Key Account Management Teams to come with product / customer / channel sales for LF2/TGT 2018
-Prepare reference document including demand plan, average sell-out and aver-age sell-in
-Consolidate input from Franchises and KAMs to “roll-up” the numbers
-Help coordinate the internal target setting process to ensure timely delivery of numbers
-Present key findings / observations and improvement ideas from the target setting process at the end of internship

•Ensure forecast data is loaded in various systems accurately and timely
-Assist in consolidating data in local TM1
-Assist in loading LF2/TGT 2018 in division BPC

•Assist with various ad hoc analysis

•Professional, dependable and motivated worker

•Integrity and the ability to treat information in a confidential manner

•Proactive and good communication skills

•Business background and some level of Microsoft office programs (knowledge of excel is important)
1.Academic background / Finance
2.GPA 3.0 or above
3.Strong excel skill is desired. Experience in tools such as Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) is preferable
4.Ability work cross functionally
5.Strong project management skills
