Job purpose
In partnership with the Marketing, Sales, and Medical Teams, the individual will implement tailored programs and treatment pathway redesign, in order to improve Specialty Dermatology services and deliver better patient outcomes. As a highly skilled facilitator and implementer, this individual will build strategic partnerships build strong relationships with multiple brand teams and multiple cross-functional teams and work in partnership with our partners.

Major Accountabilities
• Lead the development and maintenance of PSP activities, as applicable (program SOPs, field activities, patient reimbursement, etc.)
• Provide effective management of PSP suppliers and align with franchise head, brand teams and cross functional teams
• Manage all aspect of the program including strategy, program offering
• Develop specific services SOPs with PSP supplier for Xolair CIU/ Cosentyx brand team.
• Evaluate program requirements and develop XPOSE brand strategy with Xolair CIU/ Cosentyx brand teams;
• Manage and develop XPOSE core messages and marketing tools (including XPOSE portal) with Xolair CIU/ Cosentyx brand managers
• XPOSE franchise messaging alignment gatekeeper
• Train Xolair/ Cosentyx reps on XPOSE messaging and tools
• Only point of contact with PSP supplier for the I&D franchise ;
• Develop and manage special services project for all I&D brands: Fee for service, bridging assistance, PASI, etc... (Evaluate impact on other brands) and expedite contracts;

Desired profile



• University Degree (Graduate degree in Healthcare an asset)
• Bilingualism (English and French)
• Minimum of 3 years in customer facing role(s) within the pharmaceutical industry, in Sales or in Medical, or Minimum 2 years clinical/managerial role within a medical institution/center 1 year+ of head office experience (ex.: Training, Medical Education, Marketing) is a strong asset KAM, Sales management are key assets
• Previous experience in patient support program management is a strong asset
• Experience with biologic therapeutic agents is a strong asset
• The associate will be expected to work up to 75% of time in the field
• A proven track record of results driven project implementation Superior planning/organizational skills Strong analytical skills Demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm and team spirit
• Ability to leverage cross-functional expertise Dermatology experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to generate new concepts and ideas which improve understanding of a situation and/or create competitive advantage
