1. Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements 2. Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions 3. Deliver design solutions in line with system design standards 4. Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook 5. Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams 6. Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars 7. Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business 8. Initiate solution testing to ensure these meet quality standards 9. Follow standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective de-livery 10. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services 11. Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope

Minimum requirements

Technology Domain Knowledge • Good understanding of Business Process Manage-ment (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts
•Strong TIBCO Nimbus Process Modeler skills Facili-tate and Lead requirements gathering /process de-sign workshops with large groups of SME's and Business teams Ability to lead and drive process modeling discussions with very minimal support and guidance from the management by Conducting face-to-face and virtual Trainings on BPM concepts
•Strong background of developing Process Models using EPC and BPMN modeling standards
•Knowledge of best practices in solution design and technical implementation
•Strong Background to design and create business process classification frameworks with various levels of detail and levels of decomposition
•Experience on the Lean and Six Sigma methodolo-gies is a plus
Experience with formal requirements specification and formal system validation a plus
•Knowledge of Estimating project scope and level of effort for new projects and/or existing projects that require changes—tasks, duration, resourcing, etc. is a plus
•Broad technical background, working understanding of at least three of the following: DB development, Java development, XML and related technologies, in-tegration and messaging technologies
