Job Description

The role of the SFE Officer is to support the Head BPA & MSO to measure and analyse the performance of the sales force and its evolution, to synthesize the information through accurate dashboard and KPIs and to partner effectively with the business to deliver improvements in sales force effectiveness. The role includes:
• Organizing, coordinating and running all sales force effectiveness processes and projects to maximize return on investment
• Developing and implementing sales force KPIs which are aligned with business needs
• Analysing sales force KPIs on agreed frequency (usually monthly), proposing actions where needed and supporting sales force management to implement agreed actions
• Coordinating targeting approach and developing appropriate targeting model aligned with business needs
• Organizing, coordinating and running sales force motivation actions to drive motivation and will to win
• Being a valued business partner to BF Heads, FLMs and other sales force management members
Accountabilities:
• Monitor and analyze brand and team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to the differential needs of internal customers (BF Heads, FLMs, Product Managers, Reps, …)
• Propose, plan, organize and monitor quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of sales force (FLMs and Reps)
• Continuous improvement of targeting model and approach
• Provide integrated consultancy towards Brand Teams for the strategic and operational planning process and it’s execution
• Participate in an active way at Business Franchise Meetings and other Brand Team meetings
• Develops specific tools / skills in order to facilitate processes

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

University degree in Finance, Commerce or Economics or equivalent via experience. Desirable degrees: Master in Business Administration
Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in SFE or business/sales analytics, preferably in an international company.
