A consultant role supporting the implementation of RPA & identifying process re-engineering and improvement opportunities for Novartis’ internal shared services organization for commercial, medical and operations services. This role is required to: • Deliver the design and configuration of Robotics process automation in accordance to the agreed Operating Model • Be involved in improvement initiatives ensuring most effective transition and business adoption • Support all aspects of RPA implementation and other consulting project

• Ability to manage independently Novartis internal consulting assignments • Lead opportunity assessments, create process definitions (including documentation) and support testing efforts • Strong technical background dealing with Automation Anywhere spreadsheet manipulation, database navigation, handling basic automation scenarios • Strong programming and technically sound with hands-on development experience • Requirement gathering on in-scope processes & provides automation specs • Deliver solutions that utilize strong design principles and are best in-class • Develop test plans and execute testing and quality assurance activities and documents results • Deep understanding of technology .NET/ C#. • Make recommendations on new solutions or enhancements based on assessment of business requirements in alignment with overall business and technology strategy • Create end-user training materials based on project requirements • Conduct detailed implementation planning in accordance with defined RPA go-live commitments. • Track and resolve issues, initiating corrective actions as appropriate to manage delays (if any). • Report project progress at defined intervals to management teams (customer and internal ) for effective governance and timely issue resolution • Document and share project learning’s for continuous improvements

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Degree in information technology, business, finance or economics • Further education in Business Analysis, IT System Implementation, Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma, Change management, Project m • English. Preferred: a second major European language • 2+ years’ Experience in implementing RPA • Implemented 5+ RPA projects across domains using AA. • Experience in working in large / international companies • Excellent communication, people management, stakeholders management and leadership skills • Extensive experience in managing multi-functional Projects, Programs & change Management with internal and external stakeholders • Well versed with process improvement consulting assignments • Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
