Alcon is seeking a successful Professional Sales Representative to listen, identify and achieve goals with Eye Care Practitioners, by presenting the best product solutions to address the needs of their customers, within their designated territory. Day to day responsibilities include the following:

Increase sales and generate profit obtaining annual corporate and territory financial objectives by sell-ing dispensing inventories of Alcon products, promoting Alcon Services, offering approved price discounts through in-market promotions, and by consulting with Eye Care Practioners to improve the profitability of their practices. Align with customers using a consultative sales approach to match Al-con products and services to identify needs doctor and patient needs. Provide product and technical consultation to doctors on the appropriate use of ALCON products.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Minimum of two years of sales related experience.
