We are looking for a motivated person to join the Global Process Owner (GPO) department as Intern for 12 months, to start work on the following as soon as possible:
-Execution of Financial Reporting & Accounting (FRA) Operation (Ops) Information Management,
-The intern will support the GPO to deliver streamlined, compliant, fit-for-purpose Finance Core Processes

Day to day execution of Financial Reporting & Accounting (FRA) Operation (Ops) Information Management, including the maintenance of a sharepoint data base and the definition and implementation of an intranet. Your work will contribute to ensure that only relevant information is maintained and can be found by our 2400 FRA Ops associates The intern will support the GPO to deliver streamlined, compliant, fit-for-purpose Finance Core Processes, enabled by intuitive and integrated tools which are valued by our customers by:
-Documenting Global Processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training documents, work instructions and frequently asked questions. The incumbent will manage quarterly releases of the document repository.
-Contributing to the preparation of presentations, workshops and meetings; Maintain change trackers and produce reports -Support testing of systems and enhancements
-Maintain trackers and produce reports -Support the team in ad hoc activities as they arise

Desired profile

Master Student or recent Master Graduate in Business Administration / Economics / Finance
- Highly motivated, highly organized self starter
- Very good level of English, German a plus
- Very good Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills
