Job Description

• Take care of answering complex queries and transactions which could not be solved by HR Customer Care team
• Act as subject matter expert for Payroll & Time processes
• Provide training to HR Customer Care team in order to increase their first contact resolution rate
• Escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate experts e.g Tier 3
• To guide and become the second reference point for HR Process Specialist team members for HR processes and SAP related queries
• Maintain and sustain the Knowledge Base and Nimbus for countries in scope
• Contribute to projects in scope for HR Process Team
• Ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation
• Provide support for the transition period
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.

Desired profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR/other related field is preferred
• Excellent English spoken and written
• Fluency in Thai language is an added advantage
• 3-4 years of working experience in SSC environment is a must
• In-depth HR/SAP system and process expertise in a given process scope
• Multiple country HR regulations knowledge is preferred
• Work experience in virtual/remote teams preferred
• Work experience in international environment/team/global company preferred
