We are currently looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Agent (CSA) who is willing and able to learn about different product lines and to provide our customers with effective and considerate service.
Alcon is the eye care division of Novartis. At Alcon, we provide surgical, pharmaceutical and contact lens care products.

Our Nordic customer service organization is under reconstruction in order to utilize the full potential of every team member and to serve the customers in the best possible way. All CSAs will work across product lines and business units and will thereby get an incomparable knowledge of the entire Alcon business on their local market.
Speaking the local language of the market is the common denominator.
Your work day as a CSA will cover a variety of tasks within order processing in our ERP systems, customer service per phone and e-mail, and administration such as invoicing, crediting, various registration and updating of lists. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 17:00.
Customers turn to us when they e.g. want to place an order, ask about their standing orders, return goods or file a complaint. We are here to make sure the customers are satisfied and confident with the process. Administration takes up a fair share of your work day.
You will have many in-house contacts, working closely with other teams such as Sales, Logistics, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs. As a part of this you will be given the opportunity to participate in annual sales meetings, events and customer visits.

We reside in Ørestad, Copenhagen in a truely Nordic head office. Many work in the field, and around 115 have a day-to-day work place in Copenhagen. We are about 30 colleagues in Alcon Nordic Customer Service, divided into Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Finnish teams.
We work in an open plan office, and it is easy to get in touch with your team members and other internal associates. We are a diversity of nationalities in the house, and our internal business language is English.
Alcon offers fitness and access to a delicious company restaurant that we share with our neighbour companies of the building. In our café you will find good coffee and fresh fruit. Every Friday morning we all meet for breakfast.
Desired profile
Who are you?
• A skilled and experienced customer service or call center representative
• You speak and write perfect Norwegian, and it is a clear advantage if you are fluent in a second Nordic language
• You are comfortable about speaking and writing English, this is a must as many of your colleagues do not speak any of the Scandinavian languages.
• You are used to working with ERP/order management systems. Currently we work in JD Edwards and SAP. Moving forward, SAP will be our single system.
In order for you to be happy and grow in this role, you are able to deal with a high workload and to prioritize sharply. On a personal level you get energy from being supportive and serviceminded towards customers and colleagues.
