The Novel Oral Products Unit within Novartis Pharma Development / Technical R & D aims to develop and implement innovative pharmaceutical technologies (solid oral forms, small molecules NCEs).
As Trainee (Master Student, 6-12 months traineeship) within this innovative environment you will contribute to elaborate pharmaceutical processing technologies and to develop pharmaceutical formulation know-how for novel technologies.

Desired profile

Master Student, Bachelor degree in science (e.g. Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering) with special interest in pharmaceutical technology and pharmaceutical processing.
Special interest in pharmaceutical technology and pharmaceutical processing (e.g. elective course in Pharmaceutical Technology or Pharmaceutical Engineering) and physicochemics / material sciences (e.g. physicochemical powder characterization).
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
- Organizational, and scientific skills and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English, German skills are advantageous.
