Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination (planning and execution) of events (internal and external) (e.g. congresses, launch events, symposia, advisory boards and exhibitions, evening events, preceptor ships or any type of events ) in Denmark and abroad together with responsible project owner/team member (e.g. Brand Manager/Territory Manager/Medical Advisor/MSL/Franchise Head): e.g. offer requests, organizing meetings, contacts with travel agency, travel arrangements, preparation of agendas and invitations, contacts with customers, co-operation with procurement, practical arrangements during events, contract handling, feedback questionnaire, budget follow-up, reporting and other event related tasks.
• Coordination (prep and maintenance) of material together with responsible project owner: e.g. handling of NP4 approval process, communication with advertising agencies and print broker, offer requests, mailings, maintaining promotional material in warehouse, handling of customer requests.
• Coordination of digital projects together with the project owner; e.g. maintenance and updating of websites and extranet, intranet, and SharePoint sites, putting together eNewsletters; super user of named digital systems (APSIS, Dreambroker, Episerver, Drupal, Box).
• Acting as a key team member of both Marketing & Sales Services Team and the named Franchise(s); proactive participation to team activities and supporting in the administrative tasks, living the Novartis Values & Behaviors in everyday work.

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualification in Business and Administration Desirable degrees: BBA or similar/higher Business Administration Degree Languages
• Danish, English (excellent spoken and writ Fluent in Danish and English (oral and written)
• Required positions/work experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years experience of working with sales and/or marketing.
• Desirable positions/work experience: Previous experience of administrative/marketing work, or coordinator/assistant/secretary work experience.
• Preferably knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and regulations.
