Position Summary
This exciting opportunity will allow the candidate to be involved in many areas of working in a corporate law setting. The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities and projects while getting hands on experience working with the general counsel and paralegal. This valuable job experience will leave you with day to day knowledge and learning experience of what it is like to work in corporate law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with research that impacts business strategy
• Draft transactional documents
• Attend client meetings
• Interacts with outside counsel
• Collaborate with internal teams on various projects
• Support transition activities related to project Genesis
• Assist with various projects
