Job Description
The Leadership Rotation Program is for people who have a passion for working in a fast- paced environment, a drive for excellence, and crave to be strategic leaders. The program is designed to accelerate participants' on-the-job professional development in a variety of busi-ness-critical assignments. Individuals who participate in the program will have the opportunity to develop commercial and business foundations, proactively and continually make innovative contributions to Sandoz's future, and develop the potential to further advance their career. Sandoz Leadership Rotation Program is a Princeton, NJ based 18 month early career pro-gram designed to develop key skills for future leaders of Sandoz. The program consists of three rotational assignments in different functions or service areas including but not limited to Finance, Sales and Strategic Projects. Rotational assignments of six months duration are projects or current positions driven by real Sandoz business priorities. The program cultivates financial and business acumen, face-to-face selling, and interactions with senior leadership, in addition to valuable work experience. This program will build on the individuals' strengths developing their unique technical and leadership acumen, cross functional know-how and understanding of the Sandoz organization.
Major Accountabilities
•Face-to-face selling to key accounts or physicians. Responsible for quota •Delivery against rotational assignment project/task targets and timelines, while demonstrating the Novartis Values & Behaviors •With limited direction, scoping of projects, resource planning, project management, risk management, and executive-level presentations for initiatives of significant business impact •Gather, model and analyze data to test hypothesis and estimate size of value opportunities; deliver compelling business case to drive endorsement for action •Collaborate and demonstrate leadership with internal and external stakeholders to create and launch tactical implementation plans •Work closely with senior management to refine recommended solutions and take action to capture opportunities.

Desired profile
Bachelor's required, MBA preferred English •Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred from a top tier university with at least 3-5 years business experience •Experience in a healthcare and/or complex and/ or fast paced environment preferred •Ability and experience with analyzing data and presenting to key stakeholders a must •A demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and drive change •Prior experience in key areas and desire to learn other areas of business: Sales, Finance and Strategic Projects •Leadership presence, Learning Agility and the ability to connect-the-dots at an enterprise level
